Brilliant
Very helpful
This video is perfect for pointing out where ive been beating myself up for bring injured! i literally got over 1yr injury with achillies tendonitis only to go and strain my calfs! they were bruised and tight...very tight. Ive just been rrsting and stretching over the ladt couple of weeks, some light walking and a couple of test runs...the runing goescok for 1 mile then bang...the calf begins its pain! then its the walk of shame back home! lol....which is how ive ended up here trying to stay rational with my reaction and approach for the next couple of weeks. Still frustrated but educated. Thank you.
Brilliant. Thank you for doing this. It has described a specific problem and now encouraged me to follow up and try and get it resolved.
I saw andre de grasse doing these
I have it all 😭 TFCC in my right hand and now starting in my left hand as well. and tendon problem again in the right hand together with TFCC in right hand - I am only 42 years old, I wight 52KG and I am not tall, I am 5 feet and 2 inches. I know I have not injured my hands, I type a lot sometimes, and do moderate exercise, but yeah I have picked up and carried a lot of heavy weight grocessary, and other things doing errands, all my life, until this pain started like almost 2 years ago and even then I did not stop carrying and picking up heavy things. 😭
جزاكم الله كل خير💖

I don't have anyone to help me do the test so I had Noone pushing against my leg as I did the 30° things to the side.. But it hurt.. Or I could feel it right at the joint where the hipbends. And in my back.. What does that mean!?
Hello, thanks for the video. I am a professional musician and I have wrist problems since 5 years. Do you do skype consultations? I leave in France unfortunately. Greetings.
I don't believe this shows any genuine pathology. Seems to be more of a lack of strength. Even the most athletic people can be made to tremble in certain positions. And the less athletic or trained will tremble in any movement that challenges their strength and coordination.
Is any surgery to increase wrist size
my doctor checked my wrist for 10 seconds and from 1m apart 😥😥😥😥...
Thank You very much, very helpful.
Valuable research, good job!
wow! nice work awesome video!!
Would you do that if you suspected a fracture? One would think you would be used to getting a good kick if so
Yes, thank you for showing what an exam should look like. Just came from disappointing exam. Surprisingly no such focus on my painful wrist.. Finally I had to tell him where the pain was before he left the exam and asked what it might be😲! So sad....
Thorough for the medial wrist, but not so the lateral wrist (in anatomical position). I fell hard onto concrete on my left side. My thenar joint took the brunt of the fall, severely hyperextending. Light bruising across the back of my hand, around my thumb, and about 1/3 way towards my elbow took about 5 days to appear and to exit. Within a few days, I had full range of motion again, but cannot actually use my hand unless it is held rigidly straight - then I can use it like a club or with my fingers curled, like a hook. Trying to use my hand in any other way results in a feeling of sharp, painful weakness in a thin band around my wrist and around my thumb. I think this must be a sprained wrist and has be a fairly common injury. Perhaps you could add an addendum to your video covering sprains.
🤩 wow!!!? And good 👍 UA-cam channel✅🥰
As a patient, this was very useful, thank you very much.
Good and informative
excellent, very informative, many thanks.
I have a stress fx somewhere in my hip or leg🙏
My physio therapist suggested this video. Excellent description. Thanks Andrew!
This should be played in PT clinic's for patients and PT's alike. I have a PT background and hearing PT's constantly shelling out disinformation based on outdated/illogical informations is B.S. IE: be aware if you are told your sacrum is out. They hardly move and take much force to move one out of position in cadavers yet alone live people. Just go look at an anatomy textbook for yourself.
Excellent video! Great work🤩
